**This is not a standalone app. It requires KLWP Live Wallpaper Pro Key (Paid)**This is a 1 page KLWP theme with weather information and a music player. There are 10 neon themed app shortcuts which you can change to your liking. The colour of the theme changes with the time of day as well.
The arrows on the side of the screen open up the theme settings where you can change the time when the colours change between day/evening/night.
